Quality Inspector – Responsible for inspection and test requirements at all stages of manufacturing to ensure customer requirements. The Inspector is also responsible to record and report any defects and ensure the defects are corrected before delivery to the customer. Committed member to the Quality and Production teams and adaptable to changing roles within the Quality function.

Manufacturing Associate I – This classification covers those employees who are responsible in monitoring equipment and production to increase production and make recommendations. Assisting staff with preparation and production, including training for new MA1 persons and explaining technical concepts.

Production Supervisor I – This role is responsible for maintaining expected production schedules and material quality while supporting continuous improvement activities. Expectations are to achieve daily performance and safety goals during any given shift regardless of the obstacles incurred by utilizing proactive management and “out of box” thinking. The candidate must be able to relate to all personnel both hourly and salaried to promote a cooperative interactive relationship with subordinates. In a production environment the candidate must be able to motivate all personnel using a proactive approach to creatively solve equipment and manufacturing problems as well as drive yield improvements and cost reduction efforts.

Quality Engineer – Quality Assurance Engineer will actively lead the improvement of customer satisfaction by leading the reduction of internal non-conformances and the elimination of customer returns through the effective utilization of continuous improvement techniques. This individual will also assist in the development of quality engineering and assurance personnel through effective mentoring and skill development programs.

Business Unit Manager – Responsible for business results (profit and loss, meeting annual plan and growth in the value of the business). The scope of the position includes: leadership of a cross functional business unit team (contracts, operations, engineering, quality), new business generation, proposal preparation, bookings (orders), profit and loss accountability, developing and maintaining customer relationships, establishing the yearly business plan, overseeing operating activities to ensure good customer service and cost objective are met, contract negotiation and other duties.

Lab Technician – Performs laboratory tests to determine chemical and physical characteristics or composition of solid, liquid, or gaseous materials for such purposes as quality control, process control, or product development by performing the following duties.

Accounts Payable Clerk – The essential functions of this position include the ongoing review and recommendation of actions required to maintain accurate and timely information concerning A/R, A/P and G/L balances and all support required to provide up-to-date information to management and corporate for operations analysis and financial reporting.

Maintenance Manager – Delegates and manages all maintenance functions. Performs inspections of the equipment and facility. Maintains the preventive maintenance program and will be responsible for maintenance scheduling and monitoring. Will prepare and install new equipment and relocations of existing equipment. Works with numerous City, State and Federal Agencies in the areas of environmental compliance. Recommends replacement or upgrading of items and parts and prepares reports of needed repairs for management review.

Manufacturing Engineer – Optimize all aspects of manufacturing process by identifying opportunities and applying simpler, faster, more cost effective and reliable methods in all phases of manufacturing process.

Facilities Security Officer – As a Facilities Security Officer this individual plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the designated classified engineering projects to ensure that both the employees are properly cleared with the US Government and also the handling of classified items such as documents, drawings, specifications, videos and training.

Environmental Health & Safety Manager – This position reports to the Manager of EHS and Facilities for the Kirkhill business unit with full responsibility for day-to-day Environmental, Health and Safety at the Brea facility. Directly supervises two employees and indirectly guides the “safety committee” and production supervisors as safety champions.

EHS Intern – This position reports to the EHS Manager and or Environmental Specialist for the Kirkhill business unit with responsibilities to execute day-to-day tasks for the environmental, health and safety team at the Brea facility.

Sales and Marketing Intern – The Sales and Marketing Intern will build and maintain business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty. The incumbent will play a critical role in providing an interface between customer and company, and should handle themselves in a friendly and professional manner.

Quality Engineering Intern – Assist and support Quality Engineers in production floor in actively leading the improvement of customer satisfaction by the reduction of internal non-conformances and the elimination of customer returns through the effective utilization of continuous improvement techniques.
