FASTBLOCK® 100 Series is a class of ready-to-use firewall sealants that exceed the performance requirements of AMS 3374B. These sealants are true one-part systems that can be stored for extended periods of time at room temperature. Formulated for use in high vibration, frequently accessed areas, the materials cure to tough, durable fire-resistant elastomers using ambient moisture. They are neutral cure systems that adhere well to metals and many other materials without the use of primers or special surface preparation. The paste consistency of Fastblock® 100 Series makes it easy to fill large gaps and seal vertical and overhead surfaces. The products can be used as adhesives and repair compounds for other fire and thermal protection products. Fastblock® 100 series products are available in both solvent-free and wet versions.

FASTBLOCK 300® Series compounds were developed to fire and heat protect complex surfaces. They adhere well to most substrates and can be formulated to cure rapidly at room temperature, making them useful as adhesives. They can be processed into flexible covers and composite shapes using a variety of tooling and processing techniques. Cured bulk materials can be easily cut to any desired size and shape using common methods without the need for edge finishing or sealing.

FASTBLOCK® 800 Series products are ready-to-use, sprayable, water-based, fire and thermal insulators. These ultra-low density products are suitable for use in the most extreme heat flux environments such as launch vehicles and missiles. They can be applied to many substrates without the use of primers. And because they are water-based, cleanup is always fast and easy. Fastblock® 800 series products can be top coated with many common paints and coatings.
