Kirkhill-TA provides sponge and rubber products for the water skiing, fishing, rifle recoil pads for hunting equipment, ski racks, and snowboard racks industries.

Custom sponge extrusions feature extruded closed cell with a variety of profiles up to 4" to fulfill almost any sealing or gasketing requirement. Available in soft, medium, and firm pressures. Extrusions possess a continuous “Self-Skin” that resists moisture penetration and provide good physical durability.

Custom Molded Sponge open cell can be manufactured in a variety of shapes to meet a wide range of design requirements. The open cell sponge offers a minimum amount of compression set. Sponge can be provided in a variety of colors, cell sizes, and degrees of firmness.

Kirkhill-TA closed-cell silicone molded sponge can accommodate temperature extremes from -120º F to 500º F.

Calendered rubber capability includes:

For over 46 years Kirkhill-TA’s extruded plastic design and manufacturing team has delivered market winning performances and acclaim from customers. Today Kirkhill-TA’s extruded plastic capability is one of the world’s largest and capable of meeting any requirement large or small, standard or custom.

Kirkhill-TA’s complete in-house plastic extrusion capability includes the design and production of extrusion dies and prototype part fabrication. Production parts may combine any of Kirkhill-TA’s plastic extrusion inline manufacturing and finishing processes including embossing, hole and slot punching, forming, sizing and imprinting. Also available are fabrication drilling, routing, notching, grinding, flaring, punching, shaping and splicing services. Kirkhill-TA manufacturing experts are pro-active in offering advice on how these processes may lower the cost of complex molded parts.
